We have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position based in Swords, Co. Dublin.
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, your main responsibility will be to develop world-class supply chain processes to suit a low volume, high complexity multi-technology environment. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and regulatory requirements. Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing supplier quality plans
- Conducting audits and assessments of suppliers
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with supplier performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. quality management, engineering)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
