About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This will involve supervising personnel, ensuring efficient plant operations, optimising productivity and maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Provide day-to-day supervision of MRF personnel, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
  • Identify and implement best practices to maximise production output and improve the efficiency of both the MRF and yard operations.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience in waste management and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
