The Daughters of Charity Community Services is a leading provider of educational, training and social care services for adults, youth and children in the North Inner City.

We are recruiting multiple Early Years Educators to join our team.

  • Part Time Grad Lead Role Specific Purpose Maternity Cover (25 hours) x 2
  • Part Time (25 hours) x 1
  • Relief Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of a team providing high-quality educational support to young children and their families.
  • To develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote child development.
  • To establish positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum QQI Level 5 or relevant equivalent.
  • A passion for working with young children and their families.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple work tasks and a busy environment.

Benefits:

  • Experience working in an Early Years setting would be highly regarded.
  • Experience of working in a community-based Early Years Service would be a distinct advantage.
  • Opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in Síolta & Aistear.

Contract Information:

This is a temporary contract, with the possibility of other job opportunities within the organisation.

Hours: Part-Time: 9am – 2pm (Mon – Fri) with last hour non-contact time daily for preparation & 9am to 2pm (Fri) with 2 hours non-contact time for planning the week ahead.
