Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centres, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Key areas of focus include maintaining accurate training records, adhering to site-specific requirements, and upholding high operating standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Ensure daily operational activities comply with employee responsibilities under Health and Safety at Work legislation.
  • Work at a pace aligned with site-specific targets for Activities per hour (APH).
  • Adhere to site-specific requirements.
  • Maintain full compliance with key operating standards.
Requirements
  • A high level of organisation with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating at height within the data centre.
  • Proficient in locating customer items within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • A willingness to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Puts the customer first.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Professional image, attitude, and method of operation.
  • Good understanding of English, written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good keyboard skills.
