Job Description:
Take ownership of the product's technical direction and architecture, leading and mentoring a small expert development team to drive code quality, performance, and maintainability across the platform. Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to align tech strategy with growth plans, overseeing deployment, scalability, and integration efforts with ERP/ePOS systems. Contribute directly to ongoing feature development in a hands-on capacity and guide the technical transition into AI-enhanced product features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with C#.NET and MS SQL Server in web-based applications
- Strong understanding of scalable software architecture and system design
- Experience working in a senior, lead, or managerial developer role
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Ability to work onsite in Co. Clare 3 days a week (hybrid model)
- Must have Irish residency or Stamp 4 visa
