Job Title: Social Care Professionals

This is an exciting opportunity to join our residential services for children and young people with disabilities in Cavan. We are seeking experienced professionals to work as Social Care Workers, Leaders, and Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support
• Promote the dignity, safety and wellbeing of young people
• Implement care and placement plans in line with national standards
• Supervise, mentor and support staff teams (leadership and manager roles)
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or related discipline
• Relevant experience working with children in care (management experience required for leadership/manager roles)
• Knowledge of social care principles and practice
• Full driving licence
