The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a 5-star hotel environment, boasting excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

This role requires cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, upholding high standards of service and professionalism, and supporting all areas of the property to deliver outstanding customer care.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a Front of House or Front Office Management role within a luxury hotel environment is required.
