Senior Finance Associate

We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our dynamic Banking and Capital Markets group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-calibre clients and colleagues on a diverse range of finance matters, providing a unique chance to develop your career and advance in the field.
The successful candidate will have experience in banking and finance legal practice, ideally with a leading Irish or international law firm. They will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines consistently. A strong interest in maintaining, developing and sharing relevant legal knowledge is essential, as well as excellent legal research, drafting and presentation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland and/or another common law jurisdiction, with a minimum of four (4) years PQE
- Demonstrable experience in banking and finance legal practice - ideally with a leading Irish or international law firm
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines on a consistent and timely basis
- Able to contribute to the continued development of the practice
- Strong interest in maintaining, developing and sharing relevant legal knowledge
- Excellent legal research, drafting and presentation skills
