Collections Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage delinquent accounts with sensitivity and professionalism, implementing revised payment structures and legal strategies when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage collections with analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.
  • Analyse financial information to gain insights into company operations.
  • Quantify and assess risks affecting the portfolio, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer performance within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop tools that enhance reporting quality and provide valuable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Finance.
  • Previous experience in an insolvency or collections environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SQL experience is advantageous.
  • A detail-oriented and results-driven individual with strong analytical skills.
