Graphic Designer Job Description

Are you a creative and innovative graphic designer looking for a challenging opportunity? We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in a 12-month maternity cover role with the potential to extend into a permanent position.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital, motion, video, CRM, and social media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design Execution (60%): Produce compelling visuals for motion, film, digital ads, social, CRM, and activations.
  • Creative Ideation (20%): Lead brainstorming sessions and create strong visual narratives.
  • Brand Management & Copywriting (20%): Enforce brand guidelines and tone of voice across all materials.

You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely delivery and champion Ding's brand voice, visual identity, and tone.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in digital or agency design environments, proven experience using AI tools to enhance or streamline creative output, and excellent creative ideation and storytelling ability.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere), experience working with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping, solid copywriting and tone-of-voice adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail and brand stewardship.
