The Role
We're currently looking for a Nursing and Allied Health Professional Recruiter to join our team in Naas, Kildare. This role involves building relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and recruiting top talent, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and recruiting top talent
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Work closely with our in-house OH Department to ensure compliance
- Conduct open days, college visits, and client visits
Requirements
- 1-2 years recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Maintain a high standard of attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
