Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacovigilance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of pharmaceutical products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining global safety databases, screening literature for adverse event information, conducting case reconciliations with clients and partners, and drafting PVAs and SDEAs.

You will also assist with GVP inspection readiness activities, write and investigate non-conformances, engage in quality system continuous improvement initiatives, and support client audits and authority inspections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Nursing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within pharmacovigilance and quality management systems and procedures
  • Commercial awareness and ability to assess commercial implications of decisions
  • Awareness of pharmacovigilance legislation in Europe and the UK
  • Strong project management skills and systematic approach to tasks
  • Ability to keep meticulous records and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence people
