Assistant Homecare Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Undertake spot checks with healthcare assistants within the community to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Conduct client reviews to evaluate the quality of care being provided and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with the Quality and Compliance team regarding HIQA and incident management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the HSE to facilitate effective care delivery.
  • Carry out staff introductions in line with company policies and procedures to ensure seamless onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant health or social care background is essential for this role.
  • 1 year's supervisory experience in Healthcare is preferred.
  • Fully qualified in QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support and Level 6 in Supervisory Management.
  • Full clean driving license and access to car are mandatory.
