We are currently seeking an experienced diagnostic imaging professional to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures using MRI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI scans on patients as per the physician's orders.
  • Ensure that all MRI equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs during the MRI procedure.
  • Use knowledge of anatomy and pathology to accurately interpret MRI images.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all legal requirements.
  • Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
  • Ensure that all MRI procedures are carried out in accordance with established safety protocols.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality control programs for MRI equipment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Radiography or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI radiographer.
  • Knowledge of MRI equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be registered with CORU.
