We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Insurance Advisor in Roscommon Athlone. As a Sales Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Achieve sales targets by prospecting and upselling our range of products.
- Deal with customer queries and refer unresolved or technical queries to the relevant department.
- Complete relevant industry qualifications and professional development hours as appropriate.
- Be flexible and participate in various office tasks.
We require the successful candidate to have APA or CIP qualifications, CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements, sales and customer service experience, and previous insurance/financial services experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and passion for working within the insurance industry are essential.
