Job Responsibilities
The Clinical Data Associate will be responsible for defining Lilly business requirements for the study/program, ensuring data management deliverables meet scope, cost, and time objectives, and executing project monitoring and quality oversight of sourcing providers for end-to-end data management activities. They will also drive data flow design consultation and ensure data flow design alignment with the project hypothesis.

Qualifications
This position requires a Master's degree in a scientific field and 5 or more years of experience in clinical data management or areas that closely intersect with clinical data management. The ideal candidate should possess strong therapeutic/scientific knowledge in the field of research and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
