Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience and be proficient in enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, and non-invasive ventilation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide reliable and professional care to clients and their families
  • Work alongside members of the multi-disciplinary team when client support is required from outside agencies
  • Practice and uphold all relevant codes of conduct, striving towards continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience as an NMC Registered Nurse
  • Experience of enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, and non-invasive ventilation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
