Senior Housing Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Housing Management Executive to lead our housing services function.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage a team of housing officers to ensure empty properties are let in line with key performance indicators.
- Evaluate and review existing policies and procedures to ensure they meet the needs of our customers and comply with statutory requirements.
- Provide motivational leadership and support to line managers and their teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Empty property let rate.
- Customer satisfaction levels.
- Team performance and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housing management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
