The successful candidate will play a key role in administering the full recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new starters into our organization. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for managing job postings, uploading ATRs, offers to Success Factors, and collating CVs for managers' review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering the full recruitment and onboarding process
- Managing job postings and uploading ATRs to Success Factors
- Collating CVs for managers' review
- Coordinating interview schedules and issuing offer letters and contracts to successful candidates
- Managing recruitment-related invoicing and tracking payments
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1-2 years' administration experience in a recruitment or HR team
- Strong administration and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to interact effectively with senior managers and candidates
- Familiarity with Success Factors is desirable but not essential
