About the Recruitment Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in administering the full recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new starters into our organization. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for managing job postings, uploading ATRs, offers to Success Factors, and collating CVs for managers' review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering the full recruitment and onboarding process
  • Managing job postings and uploading ATRs to Success Factors
  • Collating CVs for managers' review
  • Coordinating interview schedules and issuing offer letters and contracts to successful candidates
  • Managing recruitment-related invoicing and tracking payments


Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' administration experience in a recruitment or HR team
  • Strong administration and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior managers and candidates
  • Familiarity with Success Factors is desirable but not essential
