- Preparing and spraying various joinery products to the highest standard
- Ensuring accurate colour matching and smooth finishes
- Maintaining a clean and efficient spray area
- Collaborating with joiners, fabricators, and workshop staff
- Upholding all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Several years experience as a Spray Technician in a joinery, furniture, or similar workshop environment
- Strong knowledge of spray techniques, finishes, and materials
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and pride in your work
