Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy data center controls on time, ensuring effective management of vendors to minimize defects at Power and Facilities Hand-Off (PFHO)
- Deliver critical projects to upgrade data center automation
- Provide service and support to partner teams, resolving Loss of Visibility (LOV), Loss of Resilience (LOR), Large Scale Event (LSE), Critical Scale Event (CSE), and other operations impacting events
- Resolve tasks within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Deliver further initiatives to improve the efficiency of our data centers or operations procedures

About You:
- You have control systems experience, including building unified automated control systems, working with hardware, software, or networking products from multiple vendors
- You have programming experience, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA), Codesys, Python, or other scripted programming languages
- You have engineering documentation experience, including electrical diagrams, control diagrams, control networks schematics, control panel Bill of Materials (BOM), or control panel schematics
