Lead Statistical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistician to lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to support research, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and interpret complex datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Apply rigorous statistical expertise and a collaborative spirit to ensure methodologies are robust, innovative, and aligned with business goals
- Develop and implement statistical models and methods to inform business decisions
- Communicate complex statistical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience applying statistical methods in a professional setting, preferably within pharma
- Deep knowledge of statistical theory and methodologies, including both classical and modern techniques
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, SAS, Python, or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
