Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Social Care Workers to join our Day Services team in Navan, Co. Meath. The successful candidates will have a strong person-centered vision and play a critical role in facilitating and supporting individuals while upholding our core values of providing respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users and their families
  • Prioritize individual needs and respond to changing circumstances

Requirements

  • QQI Level 7 / 8 Bachelor Degree in Social Care related qualifications or equivalent
  • Registered with or eligible to register with CORU by November 2025
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Full, clean manual driving license (This is an essential requirement for some of our services)
