Job Overview

This role focuses on developing and implementing manufacturing processes for replicate equipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply engineering principles to design, test, and optimize manufacturing processes for replicate equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead or support equipment/process qualifications, including protocol development and execution.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent, along with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an M.S. in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain timelines, and balance multiple activities.
  • The capacity to work independently, think critically, and navigate complex problems.
