The ideal candidate will have organizational and administrative skills, along with proven work experience as an HR advisor or consultant. You will also have hands-on experience with HR systems and knowledge of employment legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards)
  • Experience in the manufacturing and/or food industry
