About this Opportunity:
Norbrook is seeking a highly skilled GMP Production Assistant to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality veterinary products while maintaining the highest standards of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of GMP principles and previous experience in manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for carrying out all relevant activities to GMP, including operation of processing equipment, maximising output and efficiency, and providing accurate reports on operations.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manufacture high-quality veterinary products while adhering to all aspects of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety procedures
- Carry out all relevant activities to GMP using appropriate techniques and equipment and following departmental written procedures
- Operate processing equipment in accordance with current Standard Operating Procedures
- Maximise output and efficiency while looking for opportunities to drive improvements
- Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on operations, alerting supervisor of any issues impacting finished product quantities and availability
Key Requirements:
- 6 months manufacturing experience using regulated work instructions for quality purposes
- Knowledge and understanding of basic level English and Math Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident with ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
- Ability to communicate within a team and cross-functionally
