About the Role

In this exciting role as E-commerce Growth Specialist, you will play a critical part in expanding Amazon's Marketplace business in Europe. You will recruit and grow online Irish sellers on Amazon's marketplace, helping them expand their businesses and achieve success.

Your Key Objectives
  1. Deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation.
  2. Analyze sales and traffic data to identify opportunities to help existing sellers succeed in the marketplace.
  3. Provide competitive knowledge to generate leads and recruit new sellers.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the consolidation of existing services and development of new ones.
  5. Work closely with stakeholder teams across organizations to identify long-term and short-term growth opportunities for each category.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
  • English language fluency.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
  • Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
