About the Role

As a Mid-Market Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and developing strategies to drive sales growth in the Mid-Market segment. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the sales team, the training and development of your team members, and the overall success of our international expansion efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the company's growth and expansion across Europe.

Sales Strategy and Performance:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Mid-Market segment
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment
  • Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives
  • Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and German
  • An experienced sales manager with 3-5 years of experience in tech sales
  • Experience building a business and a team across Germany from scratch
  • Able to accurately forecast team performance
