Job Title

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at a retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

  • Overall responsibility for the store's food offer and ensuring a world-class customer experience
  • Coaching, training, and leading a team of employees
  • Championing customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery
  • Merchandising and preparing food and beverages for sale
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' supervisory/management experience preferably in a food or retail environment
  • A proven track record of consistently delivering results and meeting targets
  • Demonstrating and leading a team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Striving to achieve and surpass goals with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm
  • Taking ownership of personal success and contributing to team goals
  • Desiring to grow and undertake additional responsibilities
  • Basic IT literacy and strong leadership skills
