Job RequirementsWe are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our Planning Team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Project Directors and Managers, including project management, capacity tracking, budgeting, financial tracking, and invoicing.
- Manage purchases, payments, travel bookings, and arrangements.
- Support the tendering process by compiling and uploading tender documents and managing resources.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising roles, CV screening, and interview setup.
- Assist with team training and development plans.
- Social Media/Newsletter - Update content on the MKO website and social media, and coordinate team input to the monthly company newsletter.
- Assist with organising team events, conferences, and business development as required.
- Excellent IT skills across a range of software packages.
- A minimum of three years' office administration experience (preferably in professional services).
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and under their own initiative.
- Ability to work with Project Management Systems and project finances.
- An outgoing and friendly personality with client-facing experience.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, track actions, and deliverables to completion.
