Delivering Personal Care and Assistance
">- We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our team, providing personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes.
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality care, promoting the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of our clients.
">Your main responsibilities will include:
">- Assisting clients with daily activities;
- Implementing care duties as outlined in client care plans;
- Providing a high standard of care, adhering to industry policies and guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you must have either:
">- Obtained QQI approved Level 5 Modules Care of the Older Person and Care Skills/Healthcare Support;
- Held a minimum of one year's experience caring for others, with a willingness to undertake the necessary qualification modules.
Key qualities required for this role include:
">- Genuine compassion for others;
- The ability to consistently demonstrate kindness and empathy;
- Effective communication skills;
- The capacity to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
