Uphold Elevator Technician Position

Orona seeks an NVQ Level 3 qualified or part-qualified elevator technician to join our Dublin-based service team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits, ensuring that all elevators operate efficiently and safely.
  • Respond promptly to lift breakdown callouts for minor repairs, building strong client relationships through effective communication and timely resolutions.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and participate in the 24/7 Standby/Callout rota, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism at all times.
  • Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, conducting LG1 examinations as needed to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Pursue problem-solving and work independently, leveraging expertise and initiative to drive results and improve processes.
