Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Funds Company Secretary to join our team at G2 Legal Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in company secretarial services and board support, with a strong background in Irish Funds regulations.

This role offers hybrid working and a range of benefits, including salary, CGI study support, professional qualification support, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide company secretarial services and board support to clients, including hedge funds and private equity funds.
  • Create agendas, collate and distribute meeting packs, and liaise with service providers.
  • Manage board, advisory, and shareholder meetings, taking meeting minutes as required.
  • Act as primary relationship manager for clients and conduit with attorneys and external service providers on administrative matters.
  • Assist management with corporate governance projects, documenting processes, protocols, and systemization.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in industry and/or professional practice.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current corporate governance requirements in the Cayman Islands and ADGM/DIFC.
  • Experience attending, running, and coordinating board meetings, preparing detailed minutes.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in law, business, or corporate governance.
  • Proven track record, ability to meet deadlines, enjoys multi-tasking, and can work independently and as part of a team.
