Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality speech and language assessments and therapy across the lifespan.

This role is ideal for an experienced Speech Pathologist who has a passion for leading and mentoring junior therapists. You will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to ensure the delivery of excellent services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have strong relationship-building skills with all key stakeholders, including clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals. You will also have the ability to contribute towards developing and growing our service through evidence-based practice and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language assessments and therapy across the lifespan
  • Lead and mentor junior therapists
  • Provide supervision and guidance to ensure the delivery of excellent services
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals
  • Host monthly team meetings

Requirements:

  • Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check + Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
