Process Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Analyst to work in a challenging analytical role.

  • Conduct analytical testing across various techniques, including HPLC and ICP, to support raw material analysis, in-process testing, and finished product testing.
  • Develop, evaluate, and verify analytical test methods across multiple techniques as required.
  • Contribute to and/or lead troubleshooting and investigation of analytical issues using quality tools and site CAPA process.
  • Provide analytical support in the technical transfer of analytical methods into the Analytical Laboratory.
  • Support equipment installation and validation activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry or a related scientific field with significant analytical focus combined with 2 years' experience in an analytical role.
  • Or Bachelor's degree with significant analytical focus plus 2+ years' experience in an analytical role.
  • Practical experience in a range of analytical techniques, including HPLC and ICP.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of analytical principles and procedures, method development, method validation, and method transfers.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to plan and work independently.
  • Ability to work under high-pressure production environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
