Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance and equipment teams in ensuring optimal production efficiency.

This role is critical to driving continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing technical troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.

  • Establish and maintain robust cross-training plans to ensure technical skill redundancy across the organization.
  • Oversee daily technical support activities to maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize maintenance programs, troubleshooting protocols, and other best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related field and 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. A working knowledge of calibration and validation practices is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of skilled equipment maintenance and reliability technicians and engineers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of calibration and validation practices (preferred).
