Project Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Mayo. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organization by supporting production activities, leading process improvements, and contributing to the successful introduction of new products.

**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and product quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Leading the introduction of new products into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
• Creating and maintaining process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
• Designing and developing tools, jigs, and fixtures for production use
• Participating in structured problem-solving (CAPA, 8D, FMEA)

**Candidate Requirements**

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering, Construction or Project Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a regulated environment is required. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in CAD and MS Office is essential, with ERP experience being an advantage.
