Renal Dialysis Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • You will work autonomously to assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis-related topics.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing (RGN/RMN) and registration with NMBI.
  • Proven experience in renal nursing, preferably in a dialysis setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
