  2. Manage your caseload independently, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of cases.
  3. Develop strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke documentation and guidance via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  4. Stay current with updates in Irish employment law and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to all client interactions.
  5. Participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your expertise.
  6. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all client interactions and work outputs.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive knowledge of Irish Employment Law and HR practices.
  2. Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
  3. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  4. Excellent written English and word processing abilities.
