About the Opportunity

HelloFresh is looking for a highly motivated Communication Manager (m/f/x) to help manage and scale our brand in Ireland. As a Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a leading role in building our brand through marketing communication, including copy creation, content development, messaging, and organic social media.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a communications or PR manager role, ideally in the food or tech industry. They will also have hands-on experience project-managing initiatives from start to finish, as well as strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to developing strategic pillars: Brand Communication, Product Marketing, and Brand Storytelling.
  • Structure messaging and develop communication plans for campaigns, ensuring a local Irish lens.
  • Create and adapt communication materials across all channels, including advertising copy, CRM copy, print assets, and consumer communication.
  • Lead ATL channel for Ireland, working with international teams to book media and create assets that drive brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute 360° brand campaigns across key brand channels.
  • Manage organic social media platforms, including strategy development, content brainstorming, posting, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee local consumer PR, managing appointed agencies on a day-to-day basis.
  • Develop and execute Brand Partnerships/sponsorships to drive category awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Support Product Marketing campaigns, maintaining the product marketing calendar and seasonal campaigns.
