Duty Manager Opportunity - We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duty Manager to lead our Front Office and Food and Beverage teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and be part of our success.

">The Role:
  • We are looking for a Duty Manager who can oversee the smooth operation of our Front Office and Food and Beverage departments, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
  • This role involves training and developing team members, maintaining high standards of performance, and addressing guest queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • You will also be responsible for proactively planning for service, monitoring compliance with operational standards, and maximizing sales and profitability through effective up-selling and incentive schemes.
  • Additionally, you will maintain strong control over cash handling, credit policies, and stock management, as well as liaising with other hotel departments to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably within a branded property.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office and Food and Beverage operations, including PMS and PEP systems such as Opera, OnQ, Micros, or similar.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.
