Supportive Care Professional

**Job Description**
">We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Supportive Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to lead ordinary and enjoyable lives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ensuring that our service users receive the highest quality care and support. You will be responsible for providing individualized support to each person, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in community activities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a recognized qualification in social care and have eligibility to register as a Social Care Worker according to CORU registration requirements.
You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
