A Reception Services Representative provides guest reception services to contribute to an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient reception services for guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures as required
- Ensure positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- A completed high school certificate or equivalent
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
- The commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- A competent level of IT proficiency
Preferred Capabilities and Distinctions:
- Previous experience in cash handling
