Technical Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, collaborating with customers and colleagues on cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes through technical leadership.

The ideal candidate should have experience delivering digital products to retail/B2B customers and operations, as well as a strong understanding of lean startup, agile, and user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product vision, aligning with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with customers and colleagues on cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring seamless vehicle data integration
  • Oversee and work on a daily basis with a team of developers, solving complex problems using vehicle data and software engineering skills
  • Solve complex problems using vehicle data and software engineering skills
  • Communicate technical information clearly to various stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with external partners
Requirements:
  • Experience leading a team of devs, leading stand-ups, IPMs, etc..
  • End-to-end experience with writing user-stories, testing user-stories alongside QA team, giving final go-ahead for Prod deployments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog
  • Strong product instincts and excellent communication skills
  • Technical fluency and proficiency with JIRA, Mural, etc..
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Telematics
