We are looking for a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to join our Occupational Health Department at The National Rehabilitation Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and coordinating a range of Occupational Health services, including pre-employment assessments, fitness for work evaluations, vaccinations, phlebotomy, and management of contamination incidents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Health and wellbeing, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
The postholder will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective solutions to improve workplace health and safety, and will be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires discretion, confidence, compassion, understanding, diligence, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:- Strong background in Occupational Health and wellbeing
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience with at least two years in Occupational Health
- Relevant post-registration qualifications including a management course
- Post Registration Occupational Health qualification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
