Objective:

A clinical development professional is sought after to take on a senior role within the global team. This key position oversees and directs clinical development programs from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive clinical development strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including medical monitors, data management, and statistics, to ensure proper data quality and analysis of clinical trial results.
  • Oversee the development of clinical sections of trial and program level regulatory documents, such as Investigator's Brochures and briefing books.
  • Conduct ongoing clinical and scientific review of clinical trial data, working closely with medical experts and stakeholders.
  • Provide support to senior leaders in monitoring and safety data, identifying potential risks and signals for the assigned section of the clinical trial.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups, to advance clinical development initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues through active participation in performance management and talent planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or a clinically relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of involvement in clinical research or drug development, spanning Phases I-IV.
  • Proven ability to establish strong scientific partnerships and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Expert knowledge of GCP, clinical trial design, statistical analysis methodology, and regulatory/clinical development processes.
