As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining, running, and improving the tennis club. This includes scheduling repairs and managing member databases.
You will be responsible for processing member subscriptions and renewals, ensuring data integrity. Additionally, you will run payroll for full-time staff and process hours for part-time bar staff.
Your collaboration with the committee on club needs and initiatives is crucial. You will implement and drive projects or changes, develop and implement new policies and procedures, including Health & Safety statements management.
In this role, you will engage with members throughout the day, handling queries, bookings, and public-facing issues.
Required Skills
