We are seeking a Resident Engineer (Civil) with 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Supervision activities.

This position requires the administration of Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC, as well as knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Engineer with Managing Safely in Construction Training and possess skills such as enthusiasm, hard work, flexibility, responsibility, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in Civil elements of the works.
  • Drive project delivery on site for timely completion, cost management, and quality standards.
  • Ensure works conform to contract documents and specifications.
  • Oversee materials and workmanship, ensuring proper testing and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on work progress to the Employer's Requirements.
  • Keep all relevant parties informed of site issues.
  • Implement safety policies and standards.
  • Review project HSQE documentation like RAMS and TMP.
  • Monitor health and safety compliance and contractor proposals.
  • Conduct weekly health and safety site reviews and follow up on issues.
  • Report and assist with investigations of any incidents.
  • Participate in HSQE team inspections and close out issues.
