Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Feasibility Specialist to join our Store Development team in Dublin. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and managing robust feasibility studies and cost modeling to support Primark's new store rollout and ongoing refits, store extensions, and wider store fit-out improvements programme.

In this role, you will provide cost leadership through conceptual project budgeting, construction risk identification, scheduling, project planning, design, and cost estimating at various project stages. You will work closely with Property Finance and Property Teams to meet deadlines for monthly Property Board reviews and approvals. Additionally, you will facilitate negotiations with real estate owners and developers to ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in quantity surveying or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction cost management, PQS, or Contractor/Developer experience
