Job Description:

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of medical professionals in a leading healthcare setting, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide best-in-practice medical care to patients
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Lead and support the development of junior doctors and students, fostering their growth and professional development

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine, with fellowship-level qualifications from recognized organizations such as FRCEM/ABEM/FACEM/FCEM. They will also possess experience working in reputable hospitals in Ireland/UK/Europe/South Africa/New Zealand/Australia or US and hold Irish Medical Council Specialist Registration.

This is a 12-month contract position that offers a chance for the successful candidate to make a significant contribution to the hospital's emergency department and develop their leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
